What it is
Anti-wrinkle treatment is a small number of precise injections, placed to a set protocol, intended as a subtle relaxation of the lines that expression puts into a face over time.
The areas usually treated are the forehead, the lines between the brows, and the lines around the eyes. Which of them are worth doing for you, if any, is a consultation conversation and the answer is often fewer than you came in for.
Dosing is deliberately conservative. The brief in this clinic is that nobody should be able to tell, which means aiming for a face that still moves rather than one that has been switched off.
What is used, and how it works, is covered in full at your consultation rather than on a public web page. That is a legal position as much as an editorial one, and we would rather say so plainly than leave the gap unexplained.
Nothing shows on the day. It comes in over the following seven to fourteen days, and it is temporary, so plan the first appointment well ahead of anything that matters.

- TreatmentA small number of precise injections with a fine needle. Ten to twenty minutes depending on how many areas, and you can go straight back to work.
- It comes in slowlyNothing shows on the day. The effect arrives over seven to fourteen days, which is when we would look at it rather than before.
- Review, then maintain or stopA review two weeks in if it is your first time. After that it is temporary, so maintaining it means coming back. Membership exists for the men who know they will.

It is temporary, and that is the running cost
The effect fades. Men who keep it up tend to return somewhere in the region of three to four months. Budget for the second year, not just the first appointment.
It will not lift anything
This relaxes lines of expression. It does not lift skin, it does not fill a hollow and it will not do anything for sun damage. Different problems, different treatments, and sometimes no treatment at all.
Faces are not symmetrical
Yours is not, nobody's is, and a treatment cannot make it so. A practitioner who promises symmetry is describing something that does not exist.
