Bookings & deposits

  • Bookings are made via our secure portal (Collums).

Cancellations & rescheduling

  • You can manage your appointment via the booking portal. Please give reasonable notice to avoid fees (window shown during checkout).
  • If you arrive late or miss your appointment, the session may be shortened or treated as cancelled.
  • If we must cancel or reschedule, we’ll offer the earliest alternative available.

Payments

  • Payments are processed by secure third-party providers. We do not store full card details.
  • Plan/bundle pricing is confirmed after consultation and may be staged across sessions.

Medical suitability

  • Treatments are provided subject to clinical/suitability assessment. We may decline or postpone where appropriate.
  • We offer plain-English information on benefits, risks, aftercare and alternatives so you can make an informed choice.
