File 12 / Privacy on this site

What this site doeswith what you send it.

Short, because there is not much to tell. One form, one destination, no tracking. The full policy for the whole group is published separately and is the document that governs.

What this page covers

This page covers menhancements.co.uk and nothing else. It describes what the enquiry form collects, where it goes and what is not done with it.

Menhancements is a trading brand of Precision Life&Style Group Ltd. The group publishes one full privacy policy covering every brand, the lawful bases we rely on, how long records are kept, who processes them and how to exercise your rights. That document is the authoritative one. If anything on this page appears to disagree with it, the group policy is correct.

The enquiry form

The form at the foot of most pages on this site asks for five things, and only one of them is compulsory beyond your name:

  • Your name.
  • A phone number or an email address. Either will do; we need one so we can reply.
  • What you would like help with, chosen from a short list. The list is deliberately broad and does not ask you to name a treatment.
  • An optional message, in your own words.
  • A tick to confirm you are happy for us to use those details to reply.

The wording next to that tick is the wording we act on, so it is worth printing here in full: we’ll only use your details to respond to your enquiry. Under it, on the form itself: no marketing, and your enquiry goes straight to the clinic. A record of which version of that sentence you were shown is stored with your enquiry.

Where it goes

Your enquiry is passed over an encrypted connection to the group’s own systems, which notify the clinic team so somebody can reply to you. It is not posted to an advertising platform, not sold, not shared with another company for their own purposes, and not written into this website’s server logs.

If you have asked us to, we will hold your contact details so we can arrange a consultation and follow it up. The processors involved and how long records are kept are listed in the group policy.

Keep it brief

Please do not put health history, symptoms or anything else sensitive into the form. It is not the place for it, and it is not needed to get you an appointment. That conversation belongs in a private room, and the form exists only to get you into one.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies of its own. There is no analytics package on it, no tag manager, no advertising pixel and no third-party script following you between pages. That is also why you are not being asked to accept anything: there is nothing here to accept.

If that ever changes, this page changes with it, on the same day, and a consent banner appears before anything is set. Booking, if you go on to book, happens in a separate system with its own notices.

Your rights, and who to ask

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or withdraw your consent at any point. None of that costs anything and none of it affects how you are treated.

Email info@plguk.com or call 0161 564 4406 and say what you want. If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK regulator. The group policy carries the registration details and the full rights wording.
